Why another calculator site?
Because most Australian calculator pages quietly run on last year's numbers — and this year that's expensive. The second tax bracket changed twelve days ago. HECS repayments follow an entirely new formula. Queensland rewrote its first-home duty rules. A calculator that hasn't noticed isn't a tool, it's a trap.
Every calculator on this site states which schedule it uses, what it doesn't model, and the date we verified it against the ATO or the relevant state revenue office. When a budget changes the rules, we update and re-date the page. That's the whole pitch.
